AMAZONE SÉCURITÉ is the first Congolese guard company to place security officers at the heart of its operations. This positioning meets a social ambition — helping to reduce female unemployment — but also a performance requirement.
In private security, credibility is built on the ground. An officer must know her mission, her limits, her instructions, her alert chain and the evidence expected. Trust does not come from the kind or uniform: it comes from the preparation and the quality of execution.
From entering the profession to career progression
The course starts with a structured selection: identity, references, aptitude, presentation, availability, integrity and ability to work in a hierarchical framework. It continues through induction, site briefing, monitoring and continuous training.
According to the mission, the modules cover guarding, access control, rounds, first aid, fire prevention, close protection, physical fitness, self-control, radio communication, reporting, confidentiality, conduct and regulated means.
Women's leadership produces value when a worker can learn, exercise, be controlled, progress and take responsibility.
Profiles adapted to people and environments
Some women leaders, families, institutions or organisations want protection for women. Other missions benefit from mixed teams capable of combining visible presence, discretion, control, support and coordination.
The assignment must never be based on an isolated preference, however, and must take into account the position, exposure, schedule, regulatory framework, means, experience and verified skills.
A complete chain, not a symbolic presence
The AMAZONE model combines four functions: the thinkers define the course; the executers carry out the missions; the controllers check the correct execution; the assessors analyse the performance and organise the progress.
This organisation allows an officer not to remain alone in a difficult situation, working in a chain of sector leaders, supervisors, command, Operations, Training and Human Resources.
What this changes for the client
- Wider selection of mission-specific profiles
- A female or mixed presence depending on the environment
- A professional posture compatible with sensitive contexts
- A team supported by supervision and training
- A social commitment linked to concrete operational requirements
For AMAZONE, therefore, the empowerment of women is not limited to recruitment; it is measured over time: skills acquired, responsibilities exercised, quality of work, progression and ability to train the following.
