Protect with discipline. Act proportionately. Demonstrate delivery.
The framework that connects a private-security mandate, Congolese law, human rights and service quality across every AMAZONE assignment.
Compliance is not a legal appendix. It is a way of working.
Every assignment must connect a clear mandate, prepared security officers, actionable instructions, identifiable supervision and evidence the client can verify.
A Congolese company, identifiable and accountable for its mandate.
AMAZONE SÉCURITÉ SARL operates in the guarding sector. The published reference framework includes Ministerial Order No. 25/CAB/MININTERSECDAC/037/2014 of 27 June 2014, which supplements Order No. 98/008 on the operating conditions for guarding companies.
This framework provides in particular for a commercial register, an operating permit defining the jurisdiction and field of activity, periodic renewal and staff recruitment conditions. AMAZONE is also registered with the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), in line with the published identifier.
Observe. Control. Alert. Report.
Private-security presence is effective when it forms part of a clear decision chain. It never replaces public authority.

Identify access points, flows, behaviour and anomalies relevant to the post.
Apply the agreed access, patrol and attendance instructions.
Pass information promptly to the appropriate level of responsibility.
Document the event, action taken, decision and closure.

How protection is delivered matters as much as the outcome.
Expected conduct is based on integrity, confidentiality, discipline, proportionality and respect for people. AMAZONE aligns its model with the ambition expressed in Article 14 of the Constitution: promoting women’s participation and combating discrimination.
A service must be verifiable.
Quality does not rest on a general promise, but on observable evidence, identified owners and regular review with the client.
