Yes. The Operations Room monitors and conducts operations 24 hours a day, in conjunction with command, supervisors and field teams.
Security officers observe, control access according to instructions, deter, raise the alarm and report information through a defined chain. Intervention is proportionate, documented and governed by the contract, the post and applicable law. Coordination with the competent authorities remains distinct from the private mandate.
The head office is in Kinshasa and an office is open in Kolwezi. An assignment outside these locations is reviewed after an assessment of the site, resources, timescales and operating conditions. It is not presented as automatic nationwide coverage.
Post continuity is part of supervision: scheduling, shift handovers and replacement are organised under the contract. A planned post is not left without a relief instruction. Precise arrangements are set out in the security arrangement agreed with the client.
The institutional website is published in French and English. In the field, the working language is set according to the site, the client and the security officers assigned. AMAZONE does not claim a single language coverage for every assignment.
